These terms apply to website use and general enquiries submitted to Tiebaesorn Architecture Studio. Paid architectural design work requires a separate written proposal or agreement.

Website information

Prices and timings are indicative. Actual scope depends on site constraints, area, planning requirements, drawing depth, consultant involvement and implementation expectations.

Consultations

Consultations provide professional observations and recommendations. They do not include complete design deliverables unless agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Drawings, concepts, written recommendations and design packages remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed. Client usage rights apply to the agreed property and scope.

Third parties

Contractors, surveyors, engineers and suppliers are responsible for their own advice, products, warranties and services.
